Real Estate Staging

In order to prepare a property to sell in the market, the interior and exterior of the property will be assessed and thoroughly evaluated. A full report will be provided, offering prioritized suggestions that will highlight the property's best selling features. After an Evaluation has been completed, professional staging services are available to redesign the rooms in the home using existing furniture and accessories to give the property a neutral and inviting atmosphere that will create appeal to a range of buyers and ready the home for a quick sale. Rental services are available for vacant properties in need of staging furniture and accessories.

Model Home Merchandising

Merchandising services include selecting and coordinating paint, flooring, counter, cabinet, and fixture selections for your model. A creative theme will be selected and a unique decor designed for your model that will target your buyer market. Furniture, accessories, and window treatments will be selected and professionally arranged to best showcase your model and appeal to your clientele, while strictly working within your budget and timeframe.

New Construction Selection Consultations

Assistance is available to your clients during the new construction phase of their home to select and coordinate paint colors, flooring, counter, cabinet, and fixture selections. Consultations include a Home Planner for the client, a convenient organizing tool for storing selection samples, vendor contact info, floor plans, and general household records. The Home Planner also provides individual room files, tools for planning furniture placement, and general decorating tips.

Decorating Demonstrations

Draw more clients in to your Model Open House or attract new clients to your office by offering a Decorating Demonstration hosted by Creative Decor by Mandi. Your clients will be able to learn great decorating tips and see first hand how a designer creates a beautiful room. A wide variety of topics and demonstrations are available.
