The design for this model home was done in a Tuscan Old-World theme using warm autumn tones on the walls and floors with oiled-bronze fixtures and cherry cabinets.  The 3 bedroom model home with 2 1/2 baths incorporated a first floor open floor plan consisting of a pillared entry leading to a study/library (mahogany wood floors) which lead to the open family room and dining area and kitchen (14" tuscan tile).  The accent wall in the study and family room were covered in a faux leather wallpaper and the bathrooms and master bedroom accent wall were also covered in tuscan inspired wallpapers.  Paint colors used in the main living areas were Benjamin Moore's Graham Cracker and Baked Cumin and architectural elements were added throughout the model.
